How does my queue work?

Your rental queue is a list of films that you've told us you'd like to rent from dial4dvd.com

When you add a dvd to your queue, it always goes at the bottom of the list however you can change the order of preference you'd like to rent them,   and remove dvds if you've changed your mind.

How many titles should I keep in my queue?

In order to provide you with the best service possible, we recommend that you keep at least 12 titles in your rental queue at all times.

We do allow you to prioritise the order in which we send you dvd's, although we cannot guarantee that you will always receive the title in the order shown in your Rental Queue.

If you are not receiving dvd's at the top of your rental queue, then it's likely that we are temporarily running low on stock for those dvds.

This can be due to a number of reasons, such as distribution problems or the title becoming unavailable.

Rather than not sending you a dvd, we'll send you the next available dvd in your queue.

If you are continuously receiving dvd's below your top ten titles, please contact Customer Services and we will investigate the issue for you.  <Contact Customer Services>

There may be no more available dvds in your queue

If you do not have many dvds in your rental queue then it's possible that none of those dvds are currently available. This is why we recommend you keep a good number of dvds in your queue.
